Dr. André "Vinnie" Haley has a proven track record as a leader in the addiction field. Dr. Haley is a published author, and national lecturer on topics related to Re-Entry, African American Men and Co-Occurring Disorder(s), and Perceptions of Mental Illness in the Black Community. His primary focus of research and advocacy is within marginalized communities (e.g., racial & and ethnic minorities, LGBTQIA+, older adults, pregnant and parenting people, individuals in high-need zip codes, and those who are justice-involved).
